These Terms of Service govern your use of the Water Heaters R Us website and the services we provide. By using our website or booking service, you agree to these terms.
Water Heaters R Us provides water heater sales, rentals, rent-to-own, installation, repair, maintenance, tankless systems, and water softeners across Hamilton and surrounding Ontario communities. Availability depends on location and scheduling.
Quotes are based on information available at the time and may change if site conditions, equipment, or scope differ from what was described. We communicate any material change before proceeding.
Rental and rent-to-own arrangements are governed by the separate agreement you sign at the time of installation, which sets out term, monthly amount, buyout, and end-of-term options.
Payment terms are provided at the time of service or in your written quote. Outstanding balances may be subject to applicable late charges.
Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment per the manufacturer's terms; our workmanship warranty, where applicable, is described in your service agreement. Warranties exclude damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party work.
To the extent permitted by law, Water Heaters R Us is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
